Independent Living - 113 units ($400 meal credit per month).
Entrance Fee Costs range from $160,000 - $465,000 depending on the size of the apartment. The monthly fee is also based no the size of the apartment: $1,600 - $3,300 per month. The entrance fee is 90% refundable. Call for information.

Assisted Living - 34 apartment units (3 meals per day) No entrance fee; Rental cost ranges from $159 / day - $193 / day. Respite care is offered in the assisted living section. There is no minimum stay.

Glenmeadow at Home Care Management Services - provides home care services and assistance in your home.

Garden Neighborhood for Memory Impaired - 22 apartments in the memory unit - Cost depends on type of unit; rang is $79 - $166 per day + services in the Garden neighborhood $35 / day additional for extra services

Ruth's House Assisted Living - 42 units in the traditional assisted living; Costs: $85 - 176 / day
